You can now Twitter your questions, complaints or praise (yes, even praise) to train operators.
We will collect and forward your comments to operators and notify you of the reponse when receieved. Submit your customer service request by replying or sending a direct message to @uktrains (we will determine which operator to address it too) or to one or more individual operator via a @uktr_XXXX. e.g:
@uktrains Why were services through Putney only 4 cars long today?
@uktr_virgin All the powerpoints on the 0900 service from Euston to Manchester were broken again today.
@uktr_c2c Thanks to station staff at Southend who helped my relative when he fell ill this morning.
d uktr_heathrowex Platform alterations need clearer announcements and more notice.
Comments are human-reviewed so feedback on the @uktrains service can also still be submitted this way. Before passing anything to rail operators we will filter anything abusive or inappropriate, but we'll tell you if we do.
The first customer service query has now been answered here to user @beedyg.
